What's the best uses of Flash Lite?

Just got an E62....and I want to find out what you can do with flash lite.

Can it be used for flash video and games? Where can I find some things to download for my phone?

It's most useful for .svg files - scaleable vector graphics- which are for example maps,plans etc which keep their resolution even after hefty zooming.
