I like the dare. My friend has one and the touch screen is decent. The camera is 3.2 megapixels, which is pretty good for a phone. The videos he takes aren't that bad either. I have the voyager, but that doesn't have as good as a camera and it is mainly for the keyboard.

It really depends on what service you have.
For T-Moble, right now it is the T-Mobile G1.. it has a 3.2mp camera, and a ton of features.
If you want to wait a little bit longer, there is a phone coming out ( I don't know which carrier yet) but it is called the Samsung omnia. It has a 8 mega pixel camera, and is the first cell phone to have an HD video recorder (720p). Also it has a great big touch screen.
