i'm doing a 26.2 mile walk tomorrow for breast cancer, what's the best food to take with me for along the way? (i've only got a small bag so nothing huge) i'm having pasta and rice before i start.
take lots of energy food such as honey sandwiches, chewy cereal bars and bananas are especially good as they provide lots of energy and prevent stitches. also take an isotonic drink like lucozade to keep you energy levels up. good luck!
