What's the best thing to do in this case?

I have a pimple or a zit (what's the difference) under my right eye. On my cheek bone. I don't have pimples like this anywhere in my face this is the only one that stanRAB out a lot. It's been there for about 2 weeks. I put benzoil peroxide on it for about a week but nothing changed. I'm using Differin now and putting that on it. I've only been using it for about 3-4 days but still nothing on that pimple has changed.

What should I do here? Should I pop it? Or let it heal itself over time. I don't want it to leave a scar or nothing. please help.
 
Are you sure it is a pimple and not a new mole forming? Don't pop it unless you are positive.
 
I'm pretty sure it's not a new mole. I can see yellow stuff inside the pimple. Should I pop it or leave it alone because I've had this for about 2 weeks now. I've been putting benzoil peroxide on it but that doesn't seem to help.
