whats the best system for a dodge ram 06?

im gonna go all out for my truck this year i have an 06 4 door dodge ram. i want to get the loudest door speakers possible. id like to get 3 12 inch subs that would fit underneath the backseat. and whatever amps you suggest. also if you know a good way to get loud outdoor speakers and where on the truck to put them any suggestions please
