What's the best super pocket bike or mini dirt bike for under $800?

I'm 5'4" and growing, 105 lbs, and looking for a fast way to get to my friends houses without having to ride my bike all the time. They all live about 10km (6.2miles). I found a couple that I like but i cant find them for sale anywhere on the web, the model numbers are HC-X8-04 and HC-X8-03. How much do these cost and where can i buy them?
