Whats the best stereo system and speakers for a 2005 z71 chevy colorado?

I just recently bought a 2005 z71 chevy colorado, but the antenna is broken and doesn't work. I also would like to purchase new speakers for my truck. It is a crew cab, so i don't think i would have enough room for a sub in the back but if you know a smaller one that is still in a smaller price range.

I need to purchase a new radio station or whatever you call it, and something i really want is to be able to straight plug in my mp3 player to the stereo.
