I'm going to start running for my senior year to take some stress off, and I'm taking up martial arts at home (learning from a book as I don't have any other resources). I'm 16, 5'6", and 118 pounds. I have a 34C size, and I need some good support. What's the best bra for running and martial arts?
I'm also needing some runners as mine are done. I have a regular arch, and plan on using them to climb trees, sprint, jog, walk, and everything else plenty. What's the best sneaker I can get for a decent price?
