whats the best sound system setup for $1200 in a Toyota ext. cab.?

i want the best sounding stereo for $1200, a radio/mp3/hd head unit, a good sub with a small box, i can fit two 3 1/2 speakers in the front and two 6 inch in the back without modification. it is a very small truck so i will probably have to do some customization. i need EVERYTHING to make a very good sounding system, amp speakers, stereo, sub, tweeters, and anything else i would need. please someone with knowledge of audio explain exactly what i should get for the budget. the truck is a 1993 Toyota extended cab deluxe. thanks all
