EDIT: There are cases where there's a bunch of nerves, or the muscles around that area are just too tight, making sex extremely uncomfortable. Those cases usually call for stretching or surgery. Make sure she doesn't have anything like that.
 
I've been going out with my girlfriend for a few months, and we have tried to have sex a couple of times, but she is (well... was) a virgin, and its pretty painful for her. We've been able to put it in, but not really move it around, and only for a couple of minutes. Whats the best way to get past this painful period as soon as possible? And how long does it usually take? Which would be the best position for her? Cheers in advance for any advice.
 
Do 'Missionary Position' where the woman laying on the bottom and the guy is on top. I'd say it's the best way for first time because it's easy and not too experimental, once you've done that you can change your ways and find new ways too do your business! :)
