WHats the best program to start learning how to make flash intros and banners?

does adobe have a program that u can make stuff like this i want some flash stuff for my website and im new to this stuff i just made my first website about a week ago and i wanna make some flask stuff maybe some sound like a talking person etc etc iam a really quick learner but i wanna learn with the best program possible thanks everyone thankssss again
 
Well the best program to use is flash. You will need to learn both the software and the programming language actionscript 3.0. You can find some good tutorials at lynda.com on the subject.
