What's the best phone company to international calls?

i used to have metro pcs its cool unlimted calls n textin even unlimted international textin but no international calls,i need to know which company has the best deal for international calls..well i seen few but they never have morocco included..so can anybody tell me how do i get to call morocco for really cheap

Try VirtualGlobalPhone .. They have some very good price with high quality service. They offer SIP service also so you can just download free software like x-lite and use their SIP account and start making calls.
