I want to paint a picture of a harbour on canvas. I''ve not painted much before-only one painting on a big canvas in acrylic which turned out pretty well considering. So I was just wondering what the best type of paint to use to do a harbour scene would be? I'm thinking that acrylic might be a little too thick. Oil is out of the question. Watercolour? What paint would you use if you were going to paint a harbour scene? Thanks.
