What's the best motor (plus accessories) to purchase in order to motorize a bicycle?

Also which type of bike is it best to put a motor on? (Mountain bike, racing bike, etc.)

One of the best and cheapest bikes to use is a Schwinn Skyliner that is sold by Walmart. It has a good heavy frame. It's not much of a bicycle but it's an excelent base for a motor.
