What's the best motor oil for my 88 toyota supra turbo?

i have a 88 toyota supra turbo 3l and i wanna know whats the best motor oil for it and has 200,000 plus miles. o yea another question is dare any kind of motor flush for a turbo engine..
 
check out the vehicle's guide book and see what the oil grade suggestion is. then find that same oil grade specification at the label of the oil you are buying or tell the mechanic so he can get that for you. its the APE SJ/SG/SL 5/10W - 40/50. etc etc you will see something like that at the bottle's label.

You can use any motor oil as long it is fully synthetic. I'll recommend Castrol or Mobil 1. It will be best to use a fully synthetic motor flush for your turbo engine too..
