eh, I've tried spoons, worms, and many others. I've seen to have fallen in love with one product name brand or two....it's called " Panthers" And "Blue Fox" also " Mepps", I think that's the best of the best. Blue fox and Mepps both have online resource where you can check out their lures and also here how they sound in the water. Depending on the month of the year, bright is right, the presentation, the reflection and they way it moves. I like using a number 3 green jig with a spinner on it, try a rooster tail that always worked for me. Also Blue Fox has this gold lure it comes in sizes 2 and up, it vibrates and it never stops spinning once it hits that water. I love bass/striper fishing...good luck dude, I'm starting my own fishing club! Pretty cool to pass down info, especially when it comes to fishing...Here in Tennessee the bass fishing is great
One more thing....Bass or any other fish really tend to go on their instincts. Like attacking something that looks like a minnow or shad. Mepps has a lure especially for it-try it! Bass Pro Shops is my wal-mart, ha!
