whats the best enclosure for 2 10'' kickers?

so i have 2 10'' cvr kickers, im planning to biuld a box for it and i got a few questions?

1) what enclosure has more deeper long bass? ported or sealed?
2)is is better to have the chambers seperate or together..a divifder, will it weaken the bass.
4)what wood should i use?MDF?
5)limited space in jeep? more bass smaller or big enclocure?
 
Being you have limited space in a jeep,you would probably want to go with a sealed enclosure.
Especially in the newer jeeps you don't have much room unless you take the back seats out.
