what's the best boat for fishing?

I am looking for a good ocean fishing boat that is under $30 000. If it is important I be fishing in St Margaret's bay in Nova Scotia Canada. The fish I will be targeting is cod, bluefish, mackerel, haddock and other fish like that. I would be good if the boat could also be used for tubing and just cruising.
 
im not shure but thare lots of boats on ebay you can reserch models and makes
