What's the best Android Phone for me?

I was thinking about the Droid, but is there a better one for the money?
Touch Screen would be nice. I want it most for Apps, but can't afford an iPhone.
And I wanna be different. Recommend some phones for me? Cheap monthly service for unlimited texting?
 
I have an iPhone, it can be costly at some points but, I got mine for 200 USD and it's a 16GB 3Gs. There is actually refurbished iPhones for less than 90 USD if you can look on www.at&t.com or any other mobile phone carrier out there that carrys the iPhone in your country or region. P.S. My phone bill was 60 USD, but was 200 USD because I didn't get unlimited text messaging.
