All my life I've been using the soft one without a problem and I asked my dentist once if I should change but he said no, to keep using the soft bristle brush. So, my question is, what's the benefit of the medium and hard if the soft one works just fine? Are there any particular reasons as to why people use them? (besides the obvious brushing their teeth)
What's the benefit of medium and hard toothbrushes?
