whats that restaurants name in melbourne, Australia..?

my friend told me about it years ago, and just cant remember the name!
its a chinese or japanese one that the chef sits at your table behind a hot plate and cooks the meals right in front of you!
if you know any other restaurants that do that in Victoria, Australia it would be FANTASTIC!
