What's that film?

Hi

I saw this film a few years ago (rented from blockbuster), and i can't remember the title. Its driving me mad! Can you help?

...... The film is based in an abandoned mental home, and is being redecorated by a group of guys. As they start decorating, the home appears to be haunted and one by one they start getting killed off. In the end you discover it was actually one of the painters, who seems to be possessed.

i know its not much info, but thats all i can remember. Really hope you can help.
