That's that cartoon where the cop has a claw attachment which extends to catch the bad guys. The cop wasn't an amputee or anything like that, it's an extendable claw he used like batman with hid utility belt. There's a dog which was almost killed like robocop, so they made it into a robocop dog. There's also lot's of lasers and all kinds of other scifi stuff, but not any other superheroes like spyderman man or anything like that, it's a whole seperate series. I used to watch this series back in 1990 in Israel, so it may not be american. They also made comics about it & I used to have those too. It was cool.
