Whats something that's fun and worthwhile with you and your friends??

It's really hard to figure out what to do when you live in a town full of nothin but boredom.... For the past few years me an my friend has been just smoking bud just to fill out our schedules... What's fun to do?? I mean I wouldn't mind planning to do stuff but what can we plan on?!?!? :'(
