Like extra mayo, sour cream, bread. Or it could be something like an extra napkin. Perhaps something random? Do you ever find a waiter getting an attitude about what you are asking for. Sometimes when I ask for something extra like sour cream the server seems to want to point out that it comes with a meal. But I always like extra. I don't see what the big deal is.
