I'm considering joining the Army. Right now, 31A looks like the most appealing MOS to me.
But what's it really like? I've already started talking to recruiters, but I'd appreciate hearing from someone who's actually been through it.
What would I most likely be doing as a fresh 2LT? Also, what sort of weapons training would I receive, and how likely do you think it'd be to actually get this MOS? (as I'd be going through OCS, which only lets you state preferences, with no guarantees whatsoever.)
