Whats is the best way to stop the west coast offense...?

I would appreciate any links of video examples to include college football and the NFL....JUST SHOW ME HOW TO STOP IT.....
 
Well, first you have to have an East coast defenseFirst keep your CB in mad coverageYour FS and SS in zone coverage, with your FS up top to help out with the primary WR.One of your OLB's should be covering the TE, while keeping your other OLB to blitz the QBYour MLB should stay in a zone for run supportYour DL should be in blitz mode, while watching for the run.And most of all, keep your guns cocked and loaded east siiiiiiiide
