What's going on with Toyota?

Can I suit Toyota dealer for selling me a lemon? I have a 2009 Toyota Corolla and too many recalls.
 
Too many recalls? I am aware of two and possibly one other that is being investigated by Toyota.
Not bad when you consider it's the best selling vehicle in the world.
Seriously, if a recall mandated a law suit each time the owner was inconvenienced, there would probably be no vehicle manufacturers left in the world.
 
I Dont think so because its a recall really so there would be millions of lawsuits and that is the purpose of the recall to fix the issue. And i agree with you there is alot going on with toyota. I am a toyota owner of an 06 solara in which is the only car to date with no recall for it but I fear soon there might be one look at what happened today with the corolla who expected there might be a recall for power steering.
 
the Prius seems to be having a few problems which Toyota are responding too,,,the Corolla is a fine motorcar and has been involved in no recalls, so you appear to have no problems either

You cannot sue them if you have not been harmed in any way. Just because a car has multiple recalls does not qualify it as a lemon. You must have the same exact problem occure 3 times before it can be qualified as a lemon.
