whats going on with my body?

every day i keep feeling weaker and my head hurts like i have a fullness in my head and it's hard to concentrate and remember things, no bowel movements in 5 days, my ears are blocked, confusion, my speech is different, my throat feels tight, eyes look weird like closed sorta this all started happening 5 days ago and i keep getting worse they say it's my weight loss but i don't believe it...could i have been poisoned or something? please help any advice would be grateful...i have been 2 the hospital and we have done blood tests, urine tests, mri, cat scans... i was 102 lbs like 2 days ago and now i'm 99 somehow i've been eating every day. i ask about the poison because i did something unforgivable 2 my family and i just get this weird feeling there mad at me everyone acts different towards me now and they keep saying it's all in my head and i just need 2 gain weight but i think there lying and theres something seriously wrong with me.
 
Are you saying that you think your family or someone in your family is poisoning you? That's a little hard to swallow...and a tad bizzare.
 
Your symptoms sound very serious- I think you need to see a doctor. This is not something people can help you with online. I doubt you've been poisoned, but it sounds like you are quite ill. Please see a doctor.
