First thing you need to learn is, just because a car can say it can reach 1XX doesn't mean it can, either the engine will blow on it, or it will take forever to reach 130, then your engine will blow, Why don't you get a car that people will actually respect? You are just going to blend with the other "ricer" kids with there old somewhat fast Honda/Acura.
To answer your original question, the Honda Civic can top out at 130, I would think the Acura would still come out on top, it most likely has a better suspension set up and probably won't feel like loosing control at higher speeds.
Dude, if your still stuck on the street racer wannabe look then look at a Honda CRX, that would beat an Acura, the CRX is an extremely light weight car, and responds well to bolt on aftermarket parts.
