what's faster? 240sx(sr20det) or dodge neon srt-4?

stock vs stock whats faster? also if u were to choose which one to buy, which one would it be? and why? and which car would be less expensive to buy and upgrade?? im considering buying an 89 hatch 240sx and swapping an sr20 into it...any reason why i shouldn't buy this car? ty.
 
I'm fairly possitive the srt-4 is way faster stock. they put down a ton of power for that small of a car. But with a little turbo set-up work and tuning, the 240 would kick A**
