On 4.1 Weather icon don't work. And as i see this all difference. Modem part the same. Signal strenth with signal bars are same. I try use for a one week 4.0.1 and 4.1 and i not found any difference. It seems to me on 4.0.1 battery life are longer than 4.1. And on 4.1 i saw such message on few programs - "low memory size, please restart device, it can help"
