whats better to burn fat biking or jogging?

Biking. You can burn up 1000 calories per hour or more easily while biking no matter what shape you are in. It is difficult for most people to jog for an entire hour and even harder to burn that many calories for anyone other than a marathon runner.
 
depends on the level of exercise you get out of it. as a general guide, mountain biking it burns more than jogging while jogging burns more than normal biking.
just remember than biking and jogging use generally different muscle groups.
