I have iPad (not the latest iPad2). Seeing the reviews and xoom hands on - I do not see how people like them. There are still issues on xoom - specially the UI. I like iPad interface much better. Of course the flash content is a big problem on iPad as it is not supported which means one cannot view websites that has flash contents.
I have Andorid phone - I struggle with UI and still a lot of work needs to be done with these tablets and phones.
If given a choice and already used iPad, played with xoom, I will go with iPad 2. No idea about the book.
