whats better a roll cage or subframe connectors for a 86 trans am?

i have a 86 trans am f body car. and i just put a 350init. i havent ran the car at allyet due to the fact of needing to stiffen up the body. but what is better a 8 point roll cage or subframe connectors? if someone could help it be much needed. thanks
 
sub frame connectors help to prevent the body from twisting under hard accelleration. A roll cage eliminates twist and saves your life if you roll over.
