Just because in major cities the immigrants and other races tend to be poorer doesn't mean that in the Midwest many white people are poor. Since they are poor what power do they have, as individuals, to discriminate? They could be discriminated against if other racist people are in power above them.
Discrimination against Whites may not be as prominent but to say it doesn't exist at all is ignorant.
