whats art print? would it be good for picture on wall?

i know nithing about photography lol i was looking at a site and i want a framed picture of a audrey hepburn. i can choose from either getin a poster framed or an art print. this is for my livingi wall so whic one would be good ? can u define art print for me? are art print usually gd quality or bad?
