What's an example of negative reinforcement for how a child might learn to change...

...their eating habit? don't worry i don't have a kid this is just one of the questions im confused about on my psychology hw...my eating habit for the kid is that eating their dinner will result in them getting dessert.

i just need an example of a negative reinforcement, punishment, and omission training. if you can help me that would great thanks!!!
