THE Bulldogs picked up $100,000 prizemoney from the NRL for making it into the grand final qualifier against the Eels.

Not a cent will be going to the players. "We've decided we'll use the money to hire a full-time welfare and education manager,'' CEO Todd Greenberg said.

"It's obviously an area we've been working hard on and we will continue to do so.''

They look after the players welfare and education lol. I would assume they have a psychology back ground. They look after things such as alcohol abuse, drug abuse, education the players on the dangers of that abuse. Basically making sure they are in a good mental state.
