What's a recent, interesting Supreme Court case or issue going on?

Hey everyone, I have to do a group presentation for college and it has to be on some type of issue or case that has two sides to it (and fairly recent). We've thought of things like Prop 8, or legalizing marijuana, but those are things that people already have heard about or will probably present to the class. So I'm looking for something new and interesting...any ideas?
