i used to go to a gym but i had to cancel my membership recently. i want to continue working out. I am 17 and about 145. I have one of those iron man gym things, its basically a weird looking pull up bar, and a dumbell that can go up to 35 lb which i can do many reps of as it is. I was just wondering if anyone knows a good plan i can use that only uses those two things plus sit ups and pull ups. i'm lookin to get big.
