I have tried Myxer.com but I can't get the verification code cause its blocked on my phone. So, I need a site that is free but safe and I don't need to have some code sent to my phone.

Phonezoo has no real songs, just crappy covers and stuff. They do have some funny ringtones, though.
However, tonzr has no wallpapers. Phonezoo has awesome wallpapers.
