whats a good way to lose fat arms because im FAT!?

I don't understand reps and sets so... ill say it like this. I do 10 bicep curls with 20 pound dumbells about 2-3 times. After that I go with 15 pounds, same exercise, I do about 10-15. Lastly I do 10, 15-20 times. I do workout my traps and triceps... but don't worry about those... ill ask another question...about thoses... :) and NO don't talk about diet, I don't wanna see answers with, "diet", in them! :) lol
