What's a good way to keep from eating?

No I don't have an eating disorder. I eat when I'm a emotional and when I'm stressed. I know I'm going to be stressed in the next couple months. I have a lot going on right now.
I need a way to keep myself from eating. I don't mean like starving myself or anything but just eating less. Also to keep from eating when I get stressed/depressed.
