What's a good way to form arm muscle? (More detail)?

Hello

I'm currently working out in my college gym, my main goal right now is losing weight and gaining a bit of muscle, im 19 and i weight 176. I have two dumbbells in my home(with additional weights to make it heavier), and i just wanted to know what's a good dumbbell workout so i can form muscle. I don't really want to be "stronger" i just want my arms to look good and strong because i do work out my arms but when i flex it doesn't really show.

And by the way, it would be nice if you could link a video to a good arm workout, but please make sure it's a workout that fits my question, not just any random arm workout.
