Vegetarian spegetti: two jars of your favorite pasta sauce, 2 small zucinni halfed and quartered in about 1/2 inch chunks, 1 small yellow squash done the same way, and 1/2 or more pound of mushrooms, quartered. In a large suace pan put the sauce about two TB of sugar and a little bit of Italian seasoning. Meanwhile saute all veggies in a frying pan with olive oil. When the veggies are almost soft add to the sauce and simmer about 45 to 60 minutes.. Serve with crusty bread and your favorite pasta. I use thin spegetti. Yum!!!!!
