Whats a good school/academy that would help me be a patissiere?

i live in the United states and wondering if there are any schools/academy's that would help me be a patissiere?
I just LOVE to eat sweets and make them! They make me so happy. [Thank goodness i dont gain weight easily!]
But im not sure if there are any schools for kids in middle school.... TT.TT
PLEASE answer if you know.
