Whats a good (safe) music downloading program other than Limewire or Frostwire?

My creditcard wont work with itunes since Im in Ireland for a year, and limewire and frostwire both do not work anymore. Can anymore reccommend any good, free, and safe downloading sites for mp3 music??

just go to youtube and type in the music you want. click on the music and copy the URL . go to zamzar.com and click the second tab then paste your url into the first box, select mp3 on the 2nd box,then type in the email you want the download to go to.
