What's a good publishing company?

I'm currently in the process of writing a book, and I was wondering if any of you knew what my safest bet to get a publishing company to sponsor me is.

I already know alot of the rules to getting a book published, so I don't want to get an answer from somebody telling me a whole bunch of nonsence about not being ready or something like that.
