whats a good photo sharing/community site?

ok, so i've decided that i think i want to put some of my photos on the internet (im not talking myspace pictures on photobucket here, i mean actual photography type crap) and i was thinking about making a nev deviantART account to put them on, but i wanted more options than deviantART. i'm looking for these qualities in the site
-free account & storage
-user community
-theft protection (so people cant use my photos without asking first)

i was also mabey thinking about flickr but i dunno...

sites i've ruled out:
photobucket,imagshack.us,tinypic,etc.


if someone could please help me out that would be great!! :D thanks!!
 
Flickr is a bit iffy on the theft protection. It can be protected but at the same time there's nothing really stopping other people using the photo. Other than that the groups are quite good and with the right group you can learn a lot. I've never had a problem with storage on it.

I cancelled that account because I just didn't feel comfortable with the theft protection other than that it was great.

Edit: I haven't found another free website that's as good but I never tried deviantart.
